DWI

A DWI charge is not what it used to be. Back when many of the elder generation was growing up, a friendly officer, upon catching a drunk driver, would help them over to the police car and drive them home, with a mild scolding. Now, however, if you are convicted of a DWI, even once, you can face up to a $1,000 fine, one year in jail, and a six month revocation of your driver's license. All these serious consequences can occur from a DWI. Let an experienced attorney handle your case to make sure you get a fair deal. This is a price you cannot afford. Even DWAI-Alcohol charges can result in a $500 fine and half a month of jail time. Call Lawrence Brown to get help.
